Job Responsibilities:

– 汇报对象：招聘经理

– 负责拜耳中国某些重要职能部门招聘工作

– 参与某些招聘项目的规划实施，如 Campus Recruitment, Employer Branding, Internal Referral, Talent Mapping, Direct Sourcing Capability Building 等

Candidate Requirements:

– 教育背景：本科或以上学历，毕业于国内211高校或国外同等知名度高校，专业不限

– 工作经验：5年以上招聘相关工作经验，必须有乙方经验（猎头 Consultant 或RPO On-site），擅长直接寻访候选人（direct sourcing），如果也有甲方招聘经验（大型欧美外企）的候选人优先考虑

– 行业经验：行业不限，制药或快速消费品行业优先考虑

– 英文：听说读写能力要求能够与外籍 Hiring Manager 流畅沟通

– 工作习惯：细心、勤奋、乐观、善于学习；逻辑清晰，有一定分析能力；工作积极主动，自我激励型；目标导向，遇到问题找方法而不是找理由，永不放弃；乐于助人，团队合作精神
