The Position

We are looking for energetic and experienced casual Barista to join our team and hit the ground running at our premium new site on South Bank; Brisbane. The brand new facility will be within the Flight Centre Head Office and we require an energetic, dynamic and passionate coffee professional with a hands-on approach to all aspects of café duties. Coffee quality is of critical importance to the team of Flight Centre and we will be working with a boutique and exceptional coffee supplier to deliver the best. Up to 30 hours per week available.

• Taking orders from customers in a friendly and engaging manner
• General café duties as required including service and cleaning up
• Provide outstanding customer service at all times

The Person

• Solid previous experience in a high volume café/barista role is essential
• Fantastic personality for hospitality
• Able to use own initiative to help others and carry out extra tasks when required
• Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team
• Positive attitude and hardworking
• Able to keep cool in fast paced environment
