Speaking exercise
Take a pill of medicine and sleep on the flight. Sometimes people like to have some drink alcohol to help them sleep. And maybe when you arrive, you have to force yourself not to follow the normal habit. Last time when I went I traveled to London I always woke up at 5 or 6 in the morning. At this time no shops are open for breakfast, so I went to the lobby at the hotel and had some coffee. Then, I went outside at 6 or 6:30 and I got back at 3 or 4 3:30 and took a nap. Before dinner I took a 3 and a half hour nap. I think it takes at least 3 or 4 days to get used to the new time schedule. I think when I was 20s I would recover faster from jet lag.
