I had a target that is kept my weight about 75kg. It was starting since the ending of 2014. I Choose different way to loss my weight, such as went to the gym, ate less and choose the vegetables instead of my lunch. I think that was useful, and I found confidence that I controlled my weight about 79kg during the May to September in 2015. But the balance was broke, because we had a lot of festivals and I had to joined some party at year’s end, then my weight is loss control in 2016, and so far, I couldn’t finish my target. Although that’s a hard and difficult thing to me, but I don’t give up. I truth I can get it.
