Q: The most difficult situation you faced/met at work so far

A: When I joined in my current company, I always face difficult situations. But I could think several examples. The first time I received a arbitration notice, I think this the time I met a difficult situation in my current company because I just joined in this company for 4 months. This is a new industry for me, I don’t know a lot of about pharmaceutical industry, the commercial form, but suddenly, I have a arbitration case. I think this is the first time for me to face the difficult situation.  It’s still proceed. It’s already almost two years. We received the arbitration notice in Jan 2019, but the first arbitration hearing is in July 2019, and the first arb. hearing was in Oct. And then we faced the virus situation so always delay, delay, delay. So this case is still not finished (adj)/this case didn’t finish(v).

This was a new industry for me, I don’t know much/a lot/I’m not too familiar with/ about the pharmaceutical industry, especially the commercial model, but suddenly, I had an arbitration case. I think this was the first time that I faced a difficult situation.  It’s still in process/processing. It has already been almost two years. We received the arbitration notice in Jan 2019, but the first arbitration hearing was in July 2019/July of the same year, and the second (one) was in Oct./the following Oct. And then we faced the virus situation so the case kept getting/being delayed. So this case is still not finished (adj)/this case hasn’t finished(v) yet.

We will go to the countryside (and stay) for one or two days.
