A: I would definitely say (that it’s )my experience. I have been working in marketing for 4 years, and I have lots of experience in event planning and execution. I know that 4 years may not sound like a long time, but my work in my previous company was incredibly scattered; I was responsible for a whole range of things, from making contracts for distributers to training new employees. Even though my last job was very tiring due to poor management by my boss, I learned so much by working in and with different departments. So now I feel that I’m a very well-rounded employee and a good addition(n) to any team.
