Q: Tell me about a piece news that you’ve read recently. (summary and opinion)
A: I want to talk about a news, about the relationship between the 2 countries. Recently DT announced at a conference meeting that there would be a full normalization of the relationship between Is and UAE. He said that three a 3-way phone call. The 2 parties signed a pact and agreeing on the realignment of the borders. They also discussed about opening embassies, direct flights…between these two regions. I don’t know much about what happened between the two reasons, like the history, but based on what I’ve read, this doesn’t please…not everyone is happy with this news. This upsets certain people on the different sides of ideological spectrum. For example, Palestinians, they’re not happy with it. They believe it’s a total betrayal to the friendship between P and Is. They believe that Is was supposed to be on their side, but instead they formed a friendship with their enemy, which is the UAE. I’ve been wanting to know about that, but I don’t know where to start. Obviously, it’s a complicated relationship between 2 branches of religions. They hold totally different opinions.
