When I was young, I think SF is a very important festival. I have the opportunity to eat everything I want. You seldom have the opportunity to eat the ordinary day. So Spring Festival is normal.

When I was young, I thought SF was a very important festival, but now it has become less important to me. Now I have the opportunity to eat everything I want everyday in SH. Before, it’s seldom of me/rare for me to have the opportunity of eating different cuisines from all over the world on any ordinary day. So Spring Festival is less of a big deal./is more ordinary.
