First of all, psychologically, women are more easily to be influenced by others because they are emotional. They are less rational than men. Which means are easier to be convinced to buy more. Women are more driven by their emotions other than product’s function.

Secondly I believe that cosmetics … The winning point of a cosmetic product is not the product itself. The cost of the manufacturing of the product is really low but the marketing and sales expense of the product account more. So that’s why marketing and sales distribution is more important when it comes to the sales of this product because the formula and the ingredients is something fixed, which means it cannot be developed or innovated in a short period of time. But the marketing approach is more flexible and can influence more.
