how to use “never” / “ever”

how to use let / make / want in the sense of “let me do something”, “make me do something”, “wants me to do something”

Recently, I will start a new project , but it have no product manager，just a programmer connect with me , we had a trouble to communicate. I often explained many times because of a little problem , I had to ask a lot of questions to know what he wanted, so I felt tired. This afternoon , I had a call, A customer I worked with before let me help design a small program ，I accepted ,because I want to make more money to save , so I will work hard, but I hadn’t done this type project ever, I must to prepare it serious，so I felt a lot of pressure. in addition , I can improve my skills in this way , it made me feel good. As a designer ,i hope I can have more good works.
