Software companies need to have labs, to help them invent new software. Last year I went to the office of a famous German software company that has reached a high level in the industry. I think most of their employees feel anxiety, because they need to work overtime very often. Sales teams of software companies need to convince their customers to use their software, even if it is very expensive to buy it or subscribe to it. In the end, a good sales team will persuade customers to agree to buy it.
