Speaking exercise

A few years ago my work is very hard and my body is not healthy, my friends suggested me to practice yoga with her and one day I worked in hot yoga classroom, it’s so hard. I couldn’t forget that situation but everyone thought I must give up it but I insisted. Since then I practiced yoga once every week and three times one week. After I went to the India, I felt that i think the life in moment is very important so when I’m back to Shanghai I finished my work and began to practice yoga every time. At that time I practice yoga every day for 6 hours and go running for 1 hour. My teacher think I’m crazy but it was very good for me and I began to travel in the world and every time I bring the yoga mat with the luggage around the world but at that time I need a teacher taught me every time I think its not a good for travel. So I started Mysore yoga because Mysore let yourself with the same pose every day, if your teacher thinks you made progress maybe he will will give you new one pose. When I began practice the Mysore yoga for 1 hour up to now I practice 2 hours because I have more poses. I feel I’m strong than before and I think I will insistent it forever.

A few years ago my work was very hard and my body was not healthy so my friend suggested me to practice yoga. One day I decided to give hot yoga a try, it was so hard. I can’t forget my first practice but everyone thought I must give it up, but I insisted. Since then, I practiced yoga once every week. One month later, I practiced three times a week. After I went to India, I felt to live in the moment is more important than money so when I came back to Shanghai I quit my work and began to practice yoga every day. At that time I practiced yoga every day for 6 hours and went running for 1 hour. My teacher thought I was crazy but it was very good for me and I began to travel (around) the world and every time I brought my yoga mat with my luggage.

In some countries, it was not easy for me to find a yoga studio near my hotel or teacher to guide my practice.

So I started Mysore yoga because Mysore practices the same pose every day, if your teacher thinks you made progress he will give you a/one new pose. When I began to practice Mysore yoga, I practiced for 1 hour, now I practice for 2 hours because I have more poses. I feel I’m stronger than before and I think I will continue/practice forever.
