Vocabulary
Bashment/Dancehall – a type of music from Jamaica (e.g. One of my favourite genres of music is Dancehall.)
Genre – is a type of music, film or book. (e.g. There are many different genres of music, all of which have very different styles.)
Horror – scary movie
Science-fiction (sci-fi)Â – set in the future, usually based loosely on science (e.g. My favourite sci-fi movie is the Matrix.)
Action –Â a movie that has a lot of explosions, guns and violence.

Rom-Com
Graphic – Can use when describing a movie that is very bloody with a lot of violence
Re-boot – when something, like a movie, is re-made
Sequel – the next movie in a series.
