Dumplings are my favorite food. I eat them since I can remember. I think they are not only my favorite food but also many other Chinese peoples’ favorite food. I like it, because the flavour feel like home. In the past time, we only eat dumplings at the Chinese New Year or some holidays. But now, we can eat them everyday. I think dumplings are more popular in North China. Because northerners like eat flour food and dumpling is not only a flour food, it also can be every kind of food with just wrapping. You can wrap vegetables, meats or anything you like. Then it became your favorite. It also is a representation of the traditional Chinese food. It’s all-embracing just like Chinese culture.

Dumplings are my favorite food. I ate them ever since I can remember. I think they are not only my favorite food but all of China’s (favorite food).
