E.g.: I know this is not the ideal situation, but it’s the best I can do at the moment.

Raise (v): 1- to take care and give education to a child.
E.g.: Raising a child is a lot of work!

Regulation (n): 1- a rule or order issued by an authority or a government and having the force of law
E.g.: The government just issued some new real estate regulations.
