Vocabulary
Lip sync (v): 1- (of an actor or singer) move the lips silently in synchronization with a pre-recorded soundtrack.
E.g.: Beyoncé was caught lip syncing at the Obama’s inauguration.
Record label (n): 1- a company that produces and sells records, CDs, and recordings
E.g.: Record labels care more about making music that sells than about making good music.
Release (v): 1- allow or enable to escape from confinement; set free. 2- allow (information / a book / an album, etc.) to be generally available.
E.g.: Beyoncé will release a new album soon.
Unreleased (adj): 1- something (music, movies, books, etc.) that has not been formally release to the public.
E.g.: Her unreleased songs are even better than the album tracks.
Dated (adj): 1- old-fashioned.
E.g.: The special effects in that movie look really dated.
Innovative(adj): 1- introducing or using new ideas or methods. 2- having new ideas about how something can be done.
E.g.: Her new music is very fresh and innovative.
Falsetto(n): 1- a very high voice used by a man (such as a male singer)
E.g.: Justin Timberlake always sings falsettos in his songs.
