Today I will share my favorite sports to do on the weekend with you, I think if you try it you will fall in love with them. My favorite sports are belly dance and yoga. These are definitely two different types of physical activities. Everybody knows yoga is quiet and belly dance is intense. I think it’s a good combination of action and peace. When I finish yoga class, I think my workout is not complete. I must wake my body up and continue with belly dance class. When I finish belly dance I will follow up with yoga class. This combination is great. You can do it at home in your free/spare time. Just turn on the TV, stand up on your carpet or yoga mat, and take off your socks, isn’t that great?
