sign up – to sign your name on a document or list in order to get, do, or take something

eg: “I signed up for classes here 3 months ago.” “I will sign up for more classes when I am finished.”

spread out – everything is far away

eg: “Pudong is more spread out than Puxi.”

rush hour – the time when people go to work, and the time when people come home from work. 8am, and 5pm.

eg: “The subway in Beijing during rush hour is too crowded.”
