set – how many times you need to repeat a circuit or work out

they want to feel themselves very healthy. – They want to be healthy. / They want to make themselves healthy. 

lose weight or gain weight 

fitness n. – My fitness is more important than my career.

fit adj. – I am not fit.

resident/s n. – people who live in a residence or residential area (eg. apartment compound or building)

guest/s – temporary visitors

It’s not so many possibilities to cycle in the nature. – It’s not possible to cycle in Shanghai. / There are not many possibilities to cycle in Shanghai.
