What are some food pairings that you like?
eg. I like to pair pork with red wine.
This year my younger sister Katrin is going to get married and she has chosen me as her witness, which it means not be only a person who will be a part of one most important day hers life, but also to make this day really special. I have to prepare everything (from small presents for her and hers future husband to thinking of entertainment for all guests – so it might be a fun for everybody). I would like to make for future married couple also a short video with wishes from all family members – this should remember them why did get married. I have been thinking about that for a long time and I don’t know yet, how to make it. It’s a little bit difficult when I am here in Shanghai and whole family so far away. But I guess (not…I am pretty sure) with all kinds of modern technology I can manage it everything.

This year my younger sister, Katrin, is going to get married and she has chosen me as her maid of honor/witness, which means I will not only be a part of one of the most important days of her life, but I also need to make this day extra special. I have to prepare everything from small presents for her and her future husband to arranging/booking entertainment for all the/of the guests – so it can be a fun event/memory/celebration for everybody. I would like to make a short video of well wishes from all our family members for the future married couple. This should remind them why they got married. I have been thinking about that for a long time and I don’t know how to make it yet. It’s a little bit difficult when I am here in Shanghai and my whole family is so far away. But I guess, no…I am pretty sure with all kinds of modern technology I can manage everything from here.
