Summary and doubts for Associate 1 first-half

Hi XXX,

My Associate 1 first half will be finished at the end of this month, and I would like to thank you for your care and help during this time. In the past six months, I have participated in 9 projects, including 7 industrial projects and 2 education projects, but I have not been exposed to any health care projects so far.

As a junior employee, I hope to have access to projects in different fields, so that I can have a deeper understanding of the consulting industry, and better explore my potential, expertise and hobbies, and eventually, grow professionally and contribute to the development of the company.

Meanwhile, in the discussion with my peers, I found that all of them have had experience in health care cases. I am the only one in this batch who has no experience in health care cases. I believe that if I can have some experience in healthcare, I can better integrate myself into the working atmosphere of L.E.K.

If possible, I hope to have the opportunity to be exposed to healthcare in next project assignments, so that I can connect with more colleagues in the company, learn from them, improve myself, and contribute better to L.E.K.
