Hi Ivan,
I hope you are doing well.
I am really sorry informing you that we cannot collect the money yet because it is an “on behalf” remittance and it is not allowed due to the government regulation currently. The payer of a contract should be same as the buyer of it. Our bank has refunded the money to your account.
So a new contract has to be re-signed between HALFEN China and EDINBURGH DESIGNS LIMITED if the payment would still be made by EDINBURGH DESIGNS LIMITED. The currency od the new contract should be in EURO. Could you pls help us work out it?
I will email you a new order soon if you agree with the above.
