Yesterday my personal insurance’s manager contacted me, she told me that my personal insurance would be expired within 7days and she wanted to know if I still want to pay for that. I told her definitely, I would be happy to pay for one more year. I told her some information of mine and provided the copy of my ID card. Then she found out the ID card that i have now is different from before. So I cannot continue my insurance. I do actually change an ID card, but it was more than 5 years ago which means I have been using this ID card for such many years without a problem.

I told her definitely, I would be happy to pay for one more year. I told her some of my info and gave her a copy of my ID card. Then she found out the ID card that I have now is different from before. So I cannot continue my insurance. I did actually change my ID card, but it was more than 5 years ago which means I have been using this ID card for many years without a problem.
