Greetings from Reginaol Shanghai office, hope this email finds you well.
To follow with our one of china key strategy about to bring Minor hotels and open a flagship store on Fliggy to catch up double 11 (Nov,11,2019) shopping festival.
As the timeline is already very intense for us to be able to sell for Double 11, so I strongly suggest that we need to start with preparing all of materials for store opening and the same time for store design and products design now.

Please see the following actions we have to execute ASAP.

• Store Opening – In the process of opening flagship stores, there are two main tasks to be accomplished
1) Prepare the documents related to qualification certification and a must to apply for opening Flagship store.
2) Set up Alipay Account, and prepare annuity and deposit. ( please refer to the attachment for how to set up international Alipay account & Payment solutions)
3) After the materials collected, please see the below 4 steps
• Choosing TP = Taobao Partner = Trade Partner = third party marketing agency – At present, when we do not have team in china to manage the contents and builds store and operates it on a daily basis, it is necessary to entrust TP to operate the following operations of the store. After the evaluation of these weeks, please refer to the attachment for the two TPs information and quotations that have the most experience and relatively successful operation in the market.

• Store and Product design – Fliggy’s platform are divided into 2 kinds, respectively the general Fliggy Calendar rooms (with all OTA/OTP platform the same) or Fliggy Package products (Rooms+F&B/Spa/Activities/Transfers or just F&B/Spa/Activities/Transfers), since Double 11 is coming soon, we need to start to do Store decoration and Product Design now, so Please refer the below SCHEDULE for items need to work on and the estimated period it might take.
– Fliggy Calendar rooms –Connectivity: Minor (SynXis) -> China Online(Fliggy will organise a kick-off meeting with us and china online to summarize the 1) what products (room type, rate plans, etc) you will be selling on Fliggy; 2) what restrictions are there; 3) how to get your static content to Fliggy) -> Then set a timetable to organize the settings in Synxis-> then load properties, do end-to-end testing, go-live. China online will launch with a small batch of pilot (say 10-20 hotels). Then observer for 1 week, and if no major issue, roll out the rest. probably roll out 100-200 per week. China online have indicated that if there is no more enhancements (development) needed then should be no more expense , and china online will start the prep work once we sign the contract.
– Fliggy Package products – These Package products mainly promote in the the fliggy promotion activities such as double11, and different products can be customized according to different regions in high season and low season.

• STORE NAMING – This name will become our official name in Chinese on Fliggy ,for the current market, Anantara is relatively recognized and advantage to drive the traffic , but we must consider that the products we sell must cover all brands
• Payment solutions – The products of Fliggy are divided into POA and prepaid products. The sales volume of POA products around 20% of the total sales volume. For Fliggy consumption pattern, most customers will focus on the high value or super promotion per-pay PKG products first, thus driving the business of the POA products. Therefore, all prepayments will be unified into alipay accounts for sub-accounts. After the meeting with Alipay, They designed the most suitable payment solution for us. It can satisfy us to open alipay account in Bangkok, and support the sub-account of 13 total currencies to all our different hotels. The only thing to note is that the current accounts are manually reconciled, so the products we sell cannot be too complicated. Please refer to the information provided in the attachment.

To ensure that we are in line with our key China strategy regarding bringing (what do you mean by bringing? Do you mean partnering with?) minor hotels and opening the flagship store on Fliggy, we must first catch up to / execute the Double 11 (Nov,11,2019) shopping festival.
As the deadline is fast approaching, we must move quickly for eligibility to vend for Double 11. so I strongly suggest that we need to start with preparing all of materials (what are the materials? Do you have a list you can attach?) for the store launch on Fliggy  (is it a physical store or an online store?) simultaneously with the store design and product designs now and everything should be completed by ([Month][Day],2019 -[time]am/pm) .

Last but not least, to make sure we can make Double 11 grand opening happen, the estimated total transaction ROI for Minor flagship store during Double 11 is approaching 1,500,000 RMB. This is only for Double 11 “Hero Packagesâ€, and if we can ensure the Calendar rooms are purchasable online during Double 11, the target will be a lot higher.
