Euthanasia has always been a sensitive topic, even in nowadays. Is it legal for people to get euthanasia? For me, there is no definitive “yes” or “no” to this question. In my opinion, patients who have serious diseases and won’t be cured should have rights to choose whether to get euthanasia or not. Because it is extremely painful for them to live in the world to suffer those pain and have no chance to get better. Dying in a peaceful way is not to murder them, on the contrary, it may help them to get rid of those miserable situation. No one would like to live in a world without seeing hope. It’s not about not cherishing live, it’s just an option for those patients not to suffer anymore. I think it’s the right choice for both of them and their family. But on the other hand, what if it’s a brain death? That means the patient cannot make a decision to get euthanasia or not by himself, and I don’t think his family should be the one to decide whether to euthanize him. So if you ask me do I agree with euthanasia being legal? I will not just say a “yes” or “no”, I would say it should be decided by patients themselves.

Euthanasia has always been a sensitive topic, and it still is even nowadays. Should it be legal for people to get euthanasia? For me, there is no definitive “yes” or “no” to this question. In my opinion, patients who have serious diseases and won’t be cured should have the right to choose whether to get euthanasia or not. I believe that should be the case because it is extremely painful for them to live in the world, suffer a lot of pain, and have no chance to get better. Helping them die in a peaceful way is not the same a murdering them. On the contrary, it may help them get rid of their miserable situation. No one would like to live in a world without seeing hope, so it is not about not cherishing live, it’s just an option for those patients not to suffer anymore, and that might be the right choice for both them and their family. On the other hand, what happens if the patient is brain-dead?  In those situations, the patient cannot make a decision to get euthanasia or not by himself, and I don’t think his family should be the one to decide. So if you ask me do I agree with euthanasia being legal? I will not just say a “yes” or “no”, I would say it should be decided by patients themselves.
