ā€¢ About how many different color foods did you eat for dinner last night?
I eat more than three color foods for dinner last night. When I got home, it was around 7:00 pm and I quickly made a dish of green vegetable. Then I heated the soup with my microwave which I stewed in last weekend. It was black chicken soup which was super healthy especially for women. I added some medlar and red dates which were both of red color and I also added some longan which were light yellow or dark white. My main diet was steamed buns and the color is obviously white. Always try to have several colors in your diet to make the balance in your body.
ā€¢ Do you think about color when you are preparing a meal?
Yes, I will do. I think it is better for our health since different color foods contains different nutrient substance. In addition, colorful foods will much more appetizing. I always keep some vegetable in my fridge which I almost eat it every day.
ā€¢ Are there any foods that you wouldn’t eat as a child that you eat now?
Yes, a lot. The most typical one is durian and I canā€™t bear its smell anymore which was extremely disgusting. However, I eat it after I was allured by my friend when we travelled to Malaysia, then I was totally attracted by Durian and I canā€™t help myself to have it. So I am a super fun of Durian now.
