Here are key things I completed for previous position. I want to add these contents on my bios.
1) Founded a shanghai training team of 11 instructors and expand to have 20 instructors from 2017 to 2018. Instructor retention rate is nearly 95%.
2) Initiated to have audition plan to recruit instructor candidates. There are 60+ candidates in total from the past 2 auditions in 2018.
3) Built up the connection with Nike and Nike has created a limited-edition sportswear in collaboration with Space. In addition, 4 Space master trainers offer workshops during 2018 Nike Superworkshop which attracted 2,500 participants. Thank you.
