My Strength & Weakness
What did you do? why was it successful? what skills / knowledge did you use to make it a success?
why is this a weakness and what are you doing to fix it?

My strongest strength is creative communication skill. One of the projects is for Skechers , Which is the Tmall “Super Spring Sale” campaign in 2017. It was very successful and won the ROI bronze awards. In order to tell the story of our new product series and engage the target consumers to our store promotion, I create? the video which concept is “move to your own beats” , and tell the story about the life journey of two KOLs who are influenced on social media, after warmed up the campaign, I transformed a newsstand into a pop-up store where the consumers could exchanged their old shoes into new ones for free. The new idea refreshed the try-on experience at the right time and location.

Well, I think my weakness is I am detail oriented, I try to consider everything in detail, and I just want the plan and implementation to be perfect. But actually I realized I should control the project schedule first, then if it still has time, I can go into details, to improve the quality.
