I am work for skechers, which is an American athleisure a footwear brand. I’m a senior marketing manager in charge of ecommence marketing.

My responsibility is to support the sales of e-commence through Tmall, Skechers official website and other e-commerce platforms.
Primarily I do three things.
First, I would recommend series of products that can be the blockbuster or evergreen for the season, and then create seasonal e-marketing calendar accordingly. Based on the calendar, I’ll brief agency to develop the product story, create shooting brief and communication plan.
Second, I leverage brand marketing resources to design and implement e-marketing activities to access UV from Tmall.
Last but not the least, manage user interface of Tmall online store to optimize online brand image and customer experience consistent with offline.

A large amount of my work has to do with Tmall, which is the most important e-commence channel to the brand. More than 90% of the online sales revenue were generated from Tmall stores. And we have 4 stores on Tmall, sports store, women casual store, men casual store and kids store. As you may already known, Tmall runs many kinds of shopping festivals throughout the year, such as double 11, 618, Queen’s day, super brands day, etc..So my team needs to plan and implement campaigns for each shopping festival. There is incredible amount of work in terms of planning, resourcing, collaboration and negotiation, all need to happen in a quick turn around.
