It is necessary to buy an apartment for Chinese people since ancient times.I’m not sure if the foreigners need their own house to live in or not, but it means a lot for Chinese people.

The housing price is thousands of times of Chinese salary. Most of Chinese people can’t afford to pay the full price, then they should take out several loans, and repay the high interest in later decades. Even so, they are most willing to do it.

Maybe it will bring out a lot of stress to repay the loans for the whole family, and it would lower the quality of life. But it will be a happy ending that they will own it someday. No matter what kind of things they will put up with, they still want to try.
