Dear All,

Today I visited PAN CHUN TOYS, I don’t think this factory(company) suit us.

PAN CHUN TOYS is a trading company founded in 2018 March, this company is almost a shell company only with Keng and his wife. Keng alway live Hongkong. I don’t think this company can help us, I think it will get troubles to us if will cooperate with PAN CHUN TOYS, like our sunggles project.

Woodfield, this factoy size is middle, with about 250 employees, about 150pcs sewing machines. this factory is focus on baby products now, there are only 1pc embroidery machine and 2pcs cotton filling machine in factory. I think the factory is almost no production capacity for plush toys.

During my audit I can not get good help, I have never had a situation like this in other factory. I think Keng may not have a good relationship with the Woodfield.

In addition, I checked quality on their packing line, I checked 5pcs found 4pcs with sewing defects.

Beside, the factory(Woodfield) has a NBCU audit report, but it is failed(there are 5 red flags in reprot). so the factory does not get a certificate. I think the audit is requsted by their a client.

Dear All,

Today I visited PAN CHUN TOYS, I don’t think this factory( company suit us would be a good partner for us.

PAN CHUN TOYS is a trading company founded in March of 2018 March. This company is almost a shell company as only with Keng and his wife are employed by it. Keng alway lives in Hong Kong. I don’t think this company can help us. I think cooperating with Pan Chun Toys will create trouble for us if will cooperate with PAN CHUN TOYS, like our sunggles project.

The Woodfield this factoy is mid-sized is middle, with about 250 employees and about 150pcs sewing machines. The factory is focused on baby products now. There are only 1pc embroidery machine and 2pcs cotton-filling machines in the factory. I think the factory has almost no production capacity for plush toys.

During my audit I couldn’t get any help [with what?]. I have never had a situation experienced anything like this in other factories. I think Keng may not even have a good relationship with the Woodfield factory.

In addition, I checked the quality on their packing line. I checked 5pcs and found 4pcs with sewing defects.

In addition, the Woodfield factory(Woodfield) had an NBCU audit report, but it is failed (there are 5 red flags in the report), so the factory did not get a certificate. I think the audit was requested by their a client.
