My name is Wang Lin. I am writing to complain that I spent two terrible days in your hotel from Thursday to Friday due to the broken air conditioner. What’s worse, nobody came to clean my room. I have been in your hotel for many years, but I never met this kind of bad situation.
My suggestion is that firstly, fixing the broken air conditioner as soon as possible. Secondly, retraining your staff to have the service awareness and service skill of a qualified star hotel.
