 I don’t quite sure what you mean by B2B agent. It’s that Bedbank, Tour operator or Luxury agent ?
 And for the Action/Strategy party , what is OS agent? For CN booking , do you know why they prefer stay in Chaweng ? As far as I know, CN Booking belong to bed-banks ,for them the more hotel resources and sales channels as widely as they like.

 For each target room nights , have you inform those account for these target room nights?
 May I know why you put HK Convergent under Thailand agent ? are you offer different rate for each different market ?
