Q:Do you think online marketing channels are more efficient than offline marketing channels?

A:
I think online marketing is becoming more and more important, along with the new generation of 95th-00th grown up, which called Generation Z.
Because Gen-Z is grown up with the internet, they use the social media to connect with each other every day, they like to play internet games with others, and they used to do amount of online shopping. They usually like to search the information of the brand and the product first which they want to buy, and their purchase decision are influenced by the opinion of the internet KOLs. They also love to share the products they likes with their friends in social media, including we chat moment, little red book and QQ zone.
Therefore, if the brand want to engage the young generation to like them and buy their products, the online marketing channels are more efficient than traditional offline marketing channels, such as prints, TVs, outdoor billboard, and etc. the online marketing channels makes ecosystem of the interactive communication, but the offline marketing channels makes one-way communication.

The Gen-Z is very familiar with the internet, they use the social media to connect with each other every day, they like to play internet games with each other, and they spend a lot of time on online shopping. They usually like to look up the brand and the product information first before they make the purchase, and their purchase decisions are influenced by the opinions of the internet KOLs. They also love to share the products they likes with their friends on social media, including WeChat  moment, little red book and QQ zone.
Therefore, if the brand wants/wishes to engage the young generation to like them to buy their products, the online marketing channels are more efficient than the traditional offline marketing channels, such as prints, TVs, outdoor billboard, and etc. the online marketing channels facilitates the interactive communication, whereas the offline marketing channels provide simply one-way communication.
