I arrived office in Changchun, find a big problem which is frocks are short in arm, lead to our colleagues can’t dress up.
I’m very annoyed for my administration, I think she is lack of sense of responsbility, no empathy at all. But after few minutes, When I calm down, I have called the adminstration staff and teached her how to negotiate to the supplier to improve.
This episode disrupts my schedule, original plan is face to face our supervisors & managers. Now, I could only coordinate the time to afternoon to F2F, and set market visit on this morning.
Sometimes I’m afraid the staff misunderstand me for so critical, sometimes I’m worry about them can’t growing in career if I don’t correct.
I think I need to practice self-cultivation, and have love to my coworkes, wish me can upgrade myself constantly.
My company is going to reorganize for frond-end team, so I inevitable worry about my position, maybe change the base. But I couldn’t decide this for myself, I can only to work hard to avoid to be fired or transfer to remote areas.
That’s a reason why I need to learn English, because I have to prepare for available change.

I arrived at the office in Changchun and encountered a big problem; the sleeves of the frock were too short, lead to our colleagues could not wear it well.
I’m very annoyed about my administration department, I think she lacks a sense of responsibility and empathy. But after I calmed down in a few minutes, I have called the adminstration staff and taught her how to negotiate with the suppliers to improve.
This incident disrupted my schedule, my original plan was to meet our supervisors & managers face to face. Now, I could only postpone the time to late afternoon to F2F, and swap the market visit to this morning.
Sometimes I’m afraid that the staffs will misunderstand me for being a harsh/strict person. sometimes I‘m worry that they won’t improve/enhance in their career if I don’t correct them in time.
I think I need to commit to self-cultivation, and have love to my coworkers, I hope I can constantly improve upgrade myself constantly.

That’s one of the reasons why I need to learn English, because I have to prepare for the upcoming changes/ challenges.
