DSSH与SMC处于仲裁阶段。
SMC于2019年1月冻结我司银行账户2900余万元，该冻结对我司实际业务已造成影响。
现DSSH计划向上海仲裁委员会提出变更冻结账户申请，使用我司基础业务使用较少的其他银行账户作为被冻结账户，以减轻对我司的影响。
由于DSSH需向上海仲裁委员会、浦东区人民法院提交该变更冻结账户申请的程序性文件（营业执照、法定代表人证明书、授权委托书），特此申请，望批准。

DSSH and SMC are on arbitration stage.
SMC frozen DSSH’s bank account about RMB 29,000,000 in January 2019, this frozen matter has already affected our business.
Now, DSSH plan to submit an application to Shanghai Arbitration Commission(SHAC) for changing the frozen bank account, we want to change a bank account that manage basic business less than that has already be frozen, in order to decrease the influence for us.
Since DSSH needs to submit some procedure materials which include business license, certificate of legal representative and POA to SHAC and Pudong District People’s Court for the changing frozen bank account application, hereby apply for, please kindly approval.

DSSH and SMC are in the arbitration stage.
SMC froze more than 29 million yuan of our bank account in January 2019, which has affected our actual business.

DSSH plans to apply to the Shanghai Arbitration Commission (SHAC)  for the change of frozen accounts, using other bank accounts which are less used in our business as frozen accounts, in order to mitigate the impact on our company.

As DSSH has to submit to the Shanghai Arbitration Commission (SHAC) and the Pudong District People’s Court (POC) the procedural documents (business license, certificate of legal representative, power of attorney) of the application for the change of frozen account, I hereby apply for your approval.
