I have a little girl named Avril, she is now almost eight years till April. She is a second grade student now.
Avril is so cute and imaginative, she really likes painting and handcraft. I collected many of her works, from earlier at kindergarten up to now. Her works are colorful and full of fun, I like them so much.
However, since she started school, she have to finished her homework and review the lessons first after school, then she didn’t have enough time to do what she likes do. It makes her suffer.
My husband and I hope to help her stick to do what she likes. So we often take her to travel and see the art exhibitions. We went to Taiwan this spring festival. What quite impressed me was that, we take Avril to visited the Taipei 101 tower. When we upstairs to the top Floor of the 101 tower outside, Avril got so excited that she was in the clouds for the first time, she opened her mouth and bited the air, said that she got the taste of the cloud. It was cold, fresh and little sweet. Then when we back to hotel, she drew a picture of the cloud around the 101 tower. She was happy on the tour and often shared her taste of cloud with her friends after we came back to Shanghai.
As a mother, I think I will try my best to find the interest of her and support them to do what she likes.

I have a daughter and her name is Avril. She will turn 8 years old in April and she is in the second grade.  Avril is especially cute and imaginative, she really likes painting and handcrafting. I’ve collected many of her works, from her earlier days in kindergarten up to now. Her works are always colorful, full of fun, and they bring joy into my life.

However, since she started primary school, she has to finish her homework and review her lessons from the school day, therefore she doesn’t have enough time to do what she likes do. This is causing her to suffer in an unexpected way.
My husband and I are hoping to help her to stick to doing what she likes.

So we often travel with her to see art exhibitions. We went to Taiwan during the recent Spring Festival. A great impression was made on me when we took Avril to visit the Taipei 101 tower. We took the elevator to the top floor of the 101 tower outside, Avril got very excited that she was in the clouds for the first time, and she opened her mouth in order to taste the air, and said that she has, “Got her first taste of a cloud. It was cold, fresh and little sweet.” Then we back to hotel and she drew a picture of the cloud encompassing the 101 tower. She was quite happy on the tour and later shared her taste of cloud with her friends when we returned to Shanghai. As a mother, I think I will try my best to find her interests support her to follow them as she pleases.
