Today I had a mistake in my new team. I lost my company’s service fee added in the spot plan. It’s a low level mistake .
This job is harder than before. And this is a new space I never touched before.

I have 4A experience for 5 years in OMD. And my initial position is Tactical planner. In the past 4 years, I haven’t got a fair promotion , because I delivery my son and take breastfeeding leave for 4 months, so my chance of promotion had been removed to another colleague. In the before I work for Johnson and Johnson ,H&M ,COACH and other brands. I can good at campaign’s executive include TV and OTV. And now I transfer a new team named opera. It’s a focus on new brand pitch’s team. I have been a senior planner here.

I got 5 years of 4A experience at OMD and my initial position is Tactical planner. In the past 4 years, I haven’t got a promotion , because I gave birth to my son and took maternity leave for 4 months, so my chance of promotion had been moved / given to another colleague. Before, I worked for Johnson and Johnson ,H&M ,COACH and other brands. I can good at campaign’s executive include TV and OTV <— I don’t know what this means. And now I have transferred to a new team named opera which focuses on new brand pitching. I am a senior planner in this team.
