Last time ,we had discussed about the cap of rump situation. Yim’s client Qingdao HND (和牛道) CO,LTC .They bought #379 cap of rump FROZEN.LAS PIEDRAS..VP. and they looks for 1.4kg – 1.8kg SPEC. After a few days dasend the feedback to me by Wechat and hope me can give you feedback.

The specification of some goods does not accord with the specification of the outer packing label. they can’t sell it because their customer base is from Brazil who know cap of rump the range is within 1.4-1.8kg.if more than 1.8kg means the part contains other parts and other parts will be cheaper then Picanha ,HND can’t accept it.
We still have good news from the HND, Based on customer history, the cap is thin and complete it is suit their needs, The quality of the meat will be better then previous suppliers .if we can ensure the specification .they will take more goods later.

Can we distinguish Picanha specification on our system ?

We still have good news from HND. Based on customer history, the cap is thin and complete which suits their needs. The quality of the meat will be better then previous suppliers. If we can ensure the specification, they will take more goods later.
