Dear Yvonne,

I’ve heard that our SCRM agency has been blocked in system. I understand there’s some issue with this company and we are not supposed to keep long term relationship with them. But I remember the original alignment is to keep their minimum maintenance service before we find our new SCRM agency. During this period, they are maintaining our backend platform and fix bugs if needed. And we also need them to cooperate with the new agency when we transfer to a new SCRM platform.

Based on this, we’ve signed a contract with them lasted from 2019.3.25 to 2020.3.24, 100,000RMB maintenance fee split into 3 phases. Currently we are still relying on them and will need to keep them until Phase 2( 2019.7.25- 11.24) at least.

We have not made one single payment to them until now.  So I initiated Phase 1 and Phase 2 payment application 66,666RMB in total. Please approve to open this vendor status for current condition.
