Greetings form Sunny ChengDu.
Sorry for my late recap for 1000meeings roadshows on June 20. Due to the China Sales Mission just finished on last Friday and I keep on the road to visit our new ChengDu property.

To take this opportunities I would like to thanks all of your hard effort for that week. As we knew AGUY conducted 4 days sales call and attended the Road Show organized by “1000 meetings” in Shanghai and targeting multiple segment such as MICE, Tour Operators, Bedbanks and Luxury Key agents . Among them, around 20 potential accounts and receive the generated 5 MICE leads with total potential revenue at RMB644k including rooms and f&b. Cathleen and Tina you done the good job.

For AXIS , I would like to commend Pory and Ian during the roadshow, as the location advantage and well knowledgeable with shanghai based clients that you both also help to referrals other our other properties colleagues to develop more client and in the same time success to shift the last minute realest on end of Aug and total revenue estimate at RMB50K.

The last but not the least, we all know the first Oaks and Tivoli will opening soon in ChengDu and to take this good exposure opportunity especially for new opening hotel. glad that Jackie had participate for this roadshow and succeeds targeted four aquircition end-users which potential for our ChengDu hotels and connecting their ChengDu office with us as well.

I believe it was a fruitful days/week all of you for sure. And its also the first time that we connect our China hotels together. With our China hotel development plan has been signed. There are more and more hotels will opening soon with success footprint in China.

As per our conversation during the dinner time, it’s truly important can connecting every one together to work as a team. Form July I will setting a subject and organize a meeting to connect everyone to share the market information and potential client information form your side and my side every quarter to find more opportunity form hotel and regional prospective.
