The constant trade war between America and China resulted in the relocation of Taiwanese chips manufacturer and EMS from China to South-Asia or India. It seems that geopolitics has already influenced Taiwanese semiconductor’s development in China and change TSMC’s strategy to build its supply chain in America and Taiwan instead of building in China. Taiwanese companies that plan to strengthen tire with TSMC can take advantage of relocation strategies which TSMC use during such a trend between Taiwan and America. After all, semiconductor chips manufacture can be viewed as the resource of the high technology product such as Apple computer and Tesla electric car. Besides, the semiconductor industry development can decide a country’s rank in development of advanced technology in the future.

Taiwanese companies that plan to strengthen tire (what do you mean by “tire”? – u mean “ties”?) with TSMC can take advantage of relocation strategies which TSMC used during such a trend between Taiwan and America. After all, semiconductor chip manufacturing can be viewed as the resource of the high technology products such as Apple computers and Tesla electric cars. Besides this, the semiconductor industry development can decide / determine a country’s rank in the development of advanced technology in the future.
