Usually my clients will ask me about: video quotation/photo quotation/media schedule/follower number, if everything ok, then we will get a contract.

When they don’t have enough budget, I will ask how much they have? what they want we do for their products? then I will recommend a plan by their budget, but not all demands can be satisfied. if the client take the deal, we also will get a contract. if they don’t, maybe we will discuss for something else, like would then like to give us media first release rights to exchange lower quote.

Here has an anther situation, the client has a big budget, but they don’t know what to do about that? I will make a full media promotion plan, unexclusive our media account. then I need to know other media companies quotations to make sure we can do this client collaboration together.

Of course, there will be so many different problems, sometimes things are not going well as I expect, but that’s my job, I can handle it.

When they don’t have enough budget / when their budget is not large enough, I will ask how much they have to spend and what they want us to do for their products, then I will recommend a plan according to their budget. But / However not all demands can be satisfied. If the client takes the deal, we will also make / sign a contract. if they don’t, maybe we will discuss for something else, like would they like to give us media first release rights in exchange for a lower quote.

Here is another situation – if the client has a big budget, but they don’t know what to do with it, I will make a full media promotion plan, unexclusive our media account (what does this mean – “unexclusive our media account”?). then I need to know other media companies quotations to make sure we can do this client collaboration together.

Of course, there will be / are often so many different problems, and sometimes things don’t go as well as I expect, but that’s my job – I can handle it.
