1. I continually work on web building with my customers and I helped 2 more customers launch new ad campaigns with new webs.

2. This is a program involving multiple stakeholders. Customers usually miss deadlines as preparing for web raw materials doesn’t fit into their schedules (one of my customers told me that he runs the company by himself and he has too many tasks per single day). Also, our tech vendors support different customers simultaneously so they have intensive schedules as well.

3. How can I do better for the next time:
（1）To make my customers have deeper understanding of building new webs at the beginning, then they would be more motivated to follow the deadlines.
（2）To treat every customer’s web building as a mini project and involve Tech vendors in deadlines setting up as well.

4.I complete the sides for Project K, and the 2 webinars will be holding on 23rd Oct.

5. A customer hasn’t launched new ad campaigns with his new web going live. He scheduled a meeting with me on next Wednesday, I’m trying to reschedule it around Monday.
