1. As a people manager, Kevin is constantly guiding the team to progress and advance.
He sets very clear goals for the team. He uses weekly emails to summarize the team’s highlights and areas of improvement. By doing so, the team achieves milestones and heads off the final revenue goal smoothly.
He provides responsive and actionable solutions to each teammate’s problems. He suggests the teammates who have a revenue gap to make a “business recovery plan”, and he works together with the teammates on the design and execution of the plan. He even helped on “Customer Co-pitch” for quite a few teammates.

2. Kevin shows caring and attention to team members. The 1 on 1 with him is intellectually stimulating. He truly care about the team’s well-being, and he always ask “How Can I Help?”.

3.Although we have already had an inclusive team culture, Kevin could take more initiatives in improving team bonding. Some actions would be: To encourage more on the help inner the tea.
To lead online team activities (i.e. virtual karaoke, online office games)
