Summary:
(How did I contribute to the OKR numbers)
1.I make 5 pitch calls everyday to ensure that I can reach 95% of my customers in the first month.
2. I use a working sheet to manage my customers’ implementation rate. I then regularly set up 1 hour on Friday for follow-up calls. I strategically pick Friday as Friday itself can help smooth the calls.
3. I give a high priority to customers who have a big revenue impact. I share industry insights with them by fully utilizing Google’s tools. I sign them up for Google’s workshops/master classes. I co-pitch a few of them with other teams.
4.I build a good relationship with the majority of my customers. I always use a happy voice in cold calls and thus they are less likely to hang up the call. In the official pitch calls, I understand customers’ business goals firstly and then I give customized digital solutions.
5.I never give up a customer who rejects me in the first place. I’ll try again and see what I can do differently. A customer who ended up with a 32% YoY growth came from my second trial.

Comment: I’m not very sure if I should use past tense for my regular behaviors. Many thanks!
