2.Task: To increase Google’s share of wallet, and improve ads performance for the client.

3.Actions:
(1). The client was very uncommitted in the cold call. He states that he has met many of us and he knows what I’m gonna say, then he hung up the phone. One day later I called him again, and I said I’ll try my best to help him lower CPA and simultaneously increase deals. Finally, I had scheduled a meeting with him successfully.

(2). Before I offer product solutions. I asked impactful questions on his business. For example, what actions did he take to address the impact of COVID-19?

(3). Having understood his rationale and needs. I suggested budget increase on the existing search campaigns, and a display campaign.

4.Results:
(1). The client has become much more committed in Google Ads than before.

5.Key Learnings:
(1). Always try to understand clients’ rationale.
(2). Don’t give up clients’ who reject you in the first time. Just try again and things can be better.
