At 20’Q3 beginning, seeing many of my peers had a revenue gap in their books, I organized a “Revenue Recovery Plan” sharing session. I shared about:

What resources/ dashboards are available to monitor the progress
(2). Help Nooglers Onboard
I have set up a weekly meeting with Tommy (Nooger in CN) to address his questions
I helped Joe (CN) to prepare his first client call, and I also gave her feedback on development areas.
(3). Movie Night
As a member of well-being committee, I organized a movie night for the team to join together. This activity has received positive feedback and it has improved team well-being.
(4).Focus group pitch
68 customers attended with 4.3 out of 5 course satisfaction score. 5.6K revenue has been lift up. I have increased the “Opt-in score” by 4.5
(5). Revenue Escalation Plan
From week 5, I have been selecting 2-3 hi-po clients every week to pitch budget increase. I have already covered 3.3K revenue within 3 weeks
