Rationale:
Project X is initiated to develop the teamā€™ knowledge in terms of product offerings and business vertical trends. It aims to solve the problem that sellers are unconfident in handling customer objections. This project is expected to help sellers smooth their pitch calls and will eventually benefit customers in business growth.

Key activities:
(1). Iā€™m the content contributor for the ā€œAdsā€ part of the ā€œMaster Deckā€, and I have contributed 20 ads offering tips, accounting for 30% of the total 66 ones. The deck has been shared with the whole team.

(2). I came up with the idea of ā€œProject X Workshopā€, and I was in charge for the logistics of the two workshops. I was the speaker for the ā€œAdsā€ part. I delivered the 20 display ads offering tips to multiple teams.

Results:
(1). 70+ people, and 90+ people attending the Workshop One & Two respectively with 93% of the survey respondents ā€œStrongly Agreeā€ that the workshops enable them to understand Google Ads fundamentals better.

(2). 46% of the survey responders have got ā€œMuch Moreā€ understanding on ā€œDisplay Adsā€, and 42% of them have got ā€œModerate Moreā€ understanding on this area.
