1. We need to receive the payment from customer and then we’ll deliver the equipment.
2. The customer receives the equipment and you complete the installation.

As for the service contract, please complete these two points before we sign it.

1. Payment is received from the customer followed by delivery of the equipment.
2. The customer receives the equipment, with you completing the installation.
